As we get nearer to the walk I’m sure you are all out getting the miles into your legs. To try and help both now and between walks we have created a page of leg warmers. These are 3 to 10 mile walks that can be completed whenever you can get out. At present there are only a few walks listed but the team are out finding routes to add to the collection. However, we would also appreciate you sharing your routes with the wider LSW community. If you would like to share your route simply send a map of your route (there is no need to write a set of walk instructions) to the LSW website (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will add it to the collection.
